From Portsmouth - Fishbourne ferry (18 miles):
Take the A3054 to Newport. After you have passed through Wootton village continue along the road heading into Newport. You will pass over a roundabout and go straight through traffic lights at the entrance to Seaclose Park Premier Inn. You will shortly come to a slip road on the right marked up for Cowes and Yarmouth, take this and enter onto the short dual carriageway. At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted Yarmouth. Continue on this road for approximately 10 miles to the small roundabout adjacent to Yarmouth ferry port then follow the directions detailed below (from Lymington – Yarmouth ferry).

From Southampton - East Cowes ferry (18 miles):
Follow the A3021 for approximately 2.5 miles to a roundabout. Take the second exit to A3054 for Newport. You will carry on straight through the first set of traffic lights at Seaclose Park Premier Inn. You will shortly come to a slip road on the right marked Cowes and Yarmouth, take this and enter onto the short dual carriageway. At the next roundabout take the first exit signposted Yarmouth. Continue on this road for approximately 10 miles to the small roundabout adjacent to Yarmouth ferry port then follow the directions detailed below.

From Lymington – Yarmouth ferry (3 miles):
Immediately after leaving the ferry port take the second exit from the small roundabout signposted Freshwater and Totland (A3054). Follow this road for approximately 3 miles to the first roundabout. Take the second exit (straight over) for a short distance to the next small roundabout with The Broadway Pub on the right. Take the third exit here into Madeira Road. At the end of Madeira Road turn left into Cliff Road. Wychwood is the eighth house on the left hand side (there are no houses on the right hand side – just the sea!)
